if you have access to the email address you used when creating the account on the device, then use the ‘Forgot your password’ link when you try to log into the device from the web browser (see following screen).  

 

You first click ”Request Recovery File…” and this will initiate an email to reset the device.  Then get the file from the email that is sent and save it to your computer.  Then load the recovery file using the “Upload Recovery File…” as shown in below screenshot.
