SAFR records an event with face and scene images for each person that comes within range of the SAFR Camera. If this is not desired, following methods can be applied to avoid this..

1. Reduce the event notifications to only when access is granted or denied
   1. Go to SAFR Desktop.  Open Video Feeds and disable monitoring as shown below (Disabled means only action events – access granted, access denied, and tailgating)
      

2. Set the Physical indication of intent setting as shown below to either Display Touch (person trying to gain access must touch the screen before camera starts capturing faces) or Card Scan (camera does not start capturing until card is tapped) , or Both.
   This feature requires version 2.0 of SAFR firmware and 3.27 of SAFR Server.

Both features are also settable directly in the browser interface if not connected to server.
