SAFR SCAN Web Console can generate debug log to help troubleshoot problems.  This article explains how.


  1. Open SAFR SCAN Web Console
  2. Add “&debug=1” to the URL:
  3. Go to “Logs > SAFRFeed” page
  4. Observe the latest timestamp ( so you know where the new log starts)
  5. Reproduce the case in question (i.e. Attempt to get access for an enrolled person with card credentials)
  6. Click Refresh and review the logs
  7. Send the output to me if the log messages does not help resolve the issue.
