SAFR SCAN Web Console can generate debug log to help troubleshoot problems. This article explains how.
- Open SAFR SCAN Web Console
- Add “&debug=1” to the URL:
- Go to “Logs > SAFRFeed” page
- Observe the latest timestamp ( so you know where the new log starts)
- Reproduce the case in question (i.e. Attempt to get access for an enrolled person with card credentials)
- Click Refresh and review the logs
- Send the output to me if the log messages does not help resolve the issue.
