SAFR SCAN Web Console can generate debug log to help troubleshoot problems. This article explains how.
- Open SAFR SCAN Web Console
- Add “&debug=1” to the URL:
- Go to “Logs > SAFRFeed” page
- Reproduce the case in question (i.e. Attempt to get access for an enrolled person with card credentials)
- Click Refresh and review the logs
- Export the log file by clicking the Download button as shown below.
- Submit the output log file to SAFR Support.
Tip: If file is large, consider zipping the file first.
