SAFR SCAN Web Console can generate debug log to help troubleshoot problems.  This article explains how.


  1. Open SAFR SCAN Web Console
  2. Add “&debug=1” to the URL:
  3. Go to “Logs > SAFRFeed” page
  4. Reproduce the case in question (i.e. Attempt to get access for an enrolled person with card credentials)
  5. Click Refresh and review the logs
  6. Export the log file by clicking the Download button as shown below.
  7. Submit the output log file to SAFR Support.  


Tip: If file is large, consider zipping the file first.
