The following error is likely due to a firewall blocking the SAFR Server from making a connection to the licensing server in order to acquire a license.
This is sometimes resolved by doing the following:
1. Click “Advanced Options”
2. Click “Manage Offline License”
3. Click the three buttons in a row

When you submit, the license file will be loaded as shown below:
Click “Load License File”
Click “Download from Cloud…”
Enter your SAFR Credentials.
Note: If this does not work, you can perform this step on another computer by copying the file from Step 1 using the “…” menu. Chose "View in folder" from "..." and manually copy the file to the new PC that has internet access. On the new PC, install "SAFR Desktop Lite Edition".
When submitted, Step 1 and Step 2 will be completed as shown below.
If using intermediate computer to access license server, use "..."> View in folder to obtain the file and copy it back up to the SAFR Server.
Click “Install License File”. You will be prompted for your SAFR account password.
You should see a message “License Successfully Installed” in green
