By default, only faces with Unlimited Access Clearance are loaded onto SAFR Camera.  This will result in faces appearing as Stranger in the Events even if the face was already added to SAFR Software.  To address this issue, take on of the following actions:

  1. Set Access Clearance on person to Unlimited
  2. Change Processor Sync settings on the camera

2. Change Processor sync settings

 

Open “Processor System Settings” For the camera from “…” menu on Processor line

 

Uncheck ”Limit sync to identities with access clearance for the processor”
