To restart SAFR Server:

1. Open Windows File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files\RealNetworks\SAFR\bin
2. Run the 'stop.bat' batch file (double click it) and wait for it to complete
3. When done, do the same for 'start.bat'

You can confirm health of the server by running the 'check.bat' file
