The following article provides information on how to purchase SAFR Software.  Before processing, please consult with your SAFR sales representative or contact us at sales@safr.com.


SAFR Surveillance software is sold through approved SAFR Distributors or Resellers.  To be come an approved SAFR Distributor or Reseller, you work with your SAFR sales representative to enter into a Reseller Contract and complete the Reseller onboarding process. Email us if you need help finding your sales rep.


If you are an approved SAFR Distributor or Reseller already, please use the link below to submit a new purchase order.  If needed, speak with your SAFR sales representative or partner account representative to get a software license quotation.


Submit a purchase order 

  1. Request SAFR Software License accounts before submitting PO.
    1. If you have a reseller account, see Create Customer Account
    2. Otherwise, see Create SAFR Download Account
  2. Open a browser and visit https://safr.com/po-software
    • When completing form, use your company email.
    • Provide any special instructions in the Comments / Instructions field.
  3. You will receive a email confirming receipt of the request
    • Use the link in this email to check status or your request or reply to this email to ask questions about your request at any time.
    • If you do not already have an SAFR Helpdesk account you will be sent an activation email after the request is reviewed.
  4. A SAFR team member will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days with additional questions if needed.
  5. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation that your licenses are issued.
