Some IP camera models support controlling FPS by RTSP URL. With this method, you can change camera FPS from SAFR applications.

You can specify resolution, fps, and videocodec in RTSP URL.

rtsp://$USER:$PASS@$HOSTNAME/axis-media/media.amp?Resolution=1920x1080&fps=15&videocodec=h264

You can control the camera view of AXIS panoramic cameras with "camera" parameter.

camera=1 gives you 360 degree view

rtsp://$HOSTNAME/axis-media/media.amp?camera=1

camera=2 gives you panoramic view

rtsp://$HOSTNAME/axis-media/media.amp?camera=2
