The IsSceneChange property signals that the object was tracked across a key frame, which means the object may have been tracked across a scene change. Thus, the property can be used to optimize a scene change analysis algorithm which is based on scene thumbnails made available with every object. Scene thumbnails would be analyzed only when IsSceneChange is set to true.
