If you are using the SAFR Genetec Plugin, when selecting a camera from Genetec in the Camera Analyzer Window or Video Feeds, you may see that you don't see all the profiles available on Genetec Media Gateway.
For example, in Genetec, you may see the following profiles:
But in SAFR you see only the following profiles;
This is expected. The reason for this is that Genetec Gateway does not support the following streams
- HighQuality
- LowQuality
