What are the licensing costs associated with Genetec?

Following are the Genetec licenses required for difference SAFR products:
  • SAFR SCAN Cardholder integration  - JUST Qty 1 of GSC-1SDK-REALN-FR - This is what you need to sync cardholders.  ONLY ONE per SAFR Server - any number of SAFR SCAN.
  • SAFR SCAN - Genetec does not have specific license fee for SAFR SCAN.  If you are wiring SAFR SCAN to the panel, whatever reader license costs associated with the panel reader port used will apply.  But nothing additional specific to SAFR SCAN.
  • Camera (SAFR Camera or 3rd party camera processing FR in Software via RTSP/ONVIF Feed) - Qty 1 of GSC-1SDK-REALN-FR for EVERY Camera where FR is performed.  Applies to either SAFR Camera or 3rd Party RTSP/ONVIF Cameras.  This license is required to push events, bookmarks and overlays to Genetec.  This MAY also apply if you are sending SAFR SCAN's video to Genetec and you want to get events/bookmarks and overlays in Genetec from the camera on SAFR SCAN.
 
Genetec also has a site license SKU (GSC-SDKREALN- FR) for unlimited SDK connections. This is recommend when a deployment will get to sufficient number of cameras to justify the cost.  Please consult Genetec for MSRP.
