How to respond to customer asking about 3rd party open source used by SAFR

This may help answer general questions about open source software used by safr.  There is an expanding section at the bottom that shows the license that applies to each software.

IMPORTANT !!!!  I’d be very careful about how we describe SAFR’s use of open source software.  In all cases it should be considered software that is supported by RealNetworks.  The software we include are deeply integrated into SAFR and not to considered as an independently supported or upgradable component.
