SAFR Key app is SAFR's mobile credential app which allows seamless 2 factor authentication (Face+Phone) with SAFR SCAN. If your phone is having issues with connecting to SAFR SCAN, please use following instructions to generate a log file and submit to your SAFR Support contact for investigation.
